However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Cancellations
Sometimes you may have second thoughts about your purchase. By law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) you have the right to cancel your order for a limited time even if the goods aren't faulty. This request must be made in writing info@magical-uk.com or via the website www.magical-uk.com
If you inform Magical UK within 14 days of receiving the goods that you want to cancel the order, you have another 14 days to return the goods.
Magical UK will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Returns
If you receive an order that is not quite right, you have 28 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it. Please state the reason(s) for return.
To be eligible for a return, it is important that your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, clearly showing the date.

Returns due to damage, defect or error
If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective or we have sent you the wrong item, we will refund the delivery charge and cover the cost of the item's return. You will need to have proof of purchase and the return receipt.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will confirm receipt of it and notify you on the status of your request before we initiate a refund to your credit/debit card.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policy

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Magical UK will NOT issue a refund if:
- You knew an item was imperfect when you bought it (ie: ex demo, unboxed)
- The item has been damaged by an obvious repair attempt
